My slogan is literally “I am hermit, sign of the crab.” If they took away all devices and reading materials, then you would be correct. Not because I would miss people, human interaction but because my brain would have nothing to do.

Thank you for calling me "consistent" - that means a lot to me.

Like you, I would like to know what CONDITIONS he is being held under. If he has TV, reading material, room to move around, and is not being held in 80 degree heat, I think I'm pretty OK with it.
And I'm not making that assumption.

Manafort knows too damn much. In general population, it is all too easy for them to pay some guy already doing a life sentence and got nothing to lose, pay his family, for him to quietly shank him in the showers or something.

That's how Russian government got rid of plenty of people, under Putin, too. Prison and then stabbed to death in middle of the night, assailant never identified...

Who says Trump couldn't do that?
I think The Man is raising a VERY valid point here, and this is WHY Paul Manafort CANNOT be allowed to mix in with the general prison population. His LIFE would be in danger.

You donít have to apologize for being human.

I'm not seeing it. I've worked in the prison system. They aren't the most politically aware people. Where's the proof that Manfort's life is in danger.

Kaleif was a young kid and had no business in that particular prison at the age of 16. Very sad case. Trump is most likely protecting him so he won't talk and the prosecutor wants him alive to sing. The Italian mafia was always segregated from general population and they had it made while serving time. Being rich and having powerful friends goes a long way.

I guess if I shared a cell with Martha Stewart, I would be alright.

I think that was the same reasoning behind Kaleif Browder's solitary confinement. "it's for his own good" is not a defense for inhumanity.
