I have NO doubt that Manafort IS scared shitless of Putin and the other Russian oligarchs. Those guys play dirty. But so far, Manafort IS being loyal to Trump. That's WHY Mueller is playing hardball with Manafort! Manafort has NOT so far agreed to cooperate with Mueller, as both Flynn and Cohen have done. Mueller very much WANTS Manafort to turn, to be willing to tell Mueller everything he knows about Trump's dealings with the Russians.

Why not? Are you aware of what he did?

This is wrong. It is barbaric and it needs to end. I don't care how you feel about Paul Manafort and what lead to the revocation of his bail, the United States of America should not be putting people who have not been found guilty of a crime in solitary confinement. This is a crime against humanity and we need to take a stand

The article said,” For his own protection!” Many in a prison would love to get their hands on a Manafort. In more ways than one.

You must really hate yourself.
That, my dear, is what a Trump cultist is made up of.

Hell yea... Manafort is a precious commodity, especially if it leads to eliminating the biggest POS ever to hold the office of Presidency.
I say keep that package boxed up tight!

I think Eve may be right on this one. Manafort is more terrified of Putin’s poison than protecting Trump. He is in serious trouble both ways, but may be able to stay alive in jail.

Can't his lawyer file a complaint of some kind?

Paul Manafort is being held in Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw, Virginia. According to Ted Hull, the superintendent of the jail where he is being held, Manafort is getting no special privileges. He has no television but he does have an iPad-like tablet that lets him make jail-recorded phone calls, listen to music and play solitaire. When initially confined someone had listed his detention area as VIP1 on his inmate profile. This sparked outrage from some "concerned citizens". Ted Hull pointed out that it was just letters and numbers. The cell is no different from the ones that hold other inmates in solitary confinement. It has a bed, a sink/toilet combination, a door with an observation window. That's it.

He is able to video conference with his attorneys and have no contact visits with loved ones, on regular visiting days during visitation hours. No special privileges at all.

Hopefully they let him read books.
