The Donald Trump "win-win" in which he gets pretty much everything and the other guy gets fuck all? The "win-win" where he agrees to something then backs out later? Where he promises payment then shafts you? THAT "win-win"?

I still don't see Putin actually attacking the Baltics ever.

But, if NATO were suddenly gone tomorrow... I am sure he would, at least, start throwing his weight around a lot more, in that whole part of the world, all over ex-USSR, yes...

I think Estonia has been the victim of perhaps the world's most concerted cyber-attack yet recorded.....And yes, that was Russia, sure as hell.

Right. Who the fuck needs allies in the region when our president can simply tweet shit?

Good point. Trump's point to Germany about the pipeline is that if there is a dispute similar to what happened in 2009 with Ukraine, Russia can simply cut the gas supply.

Opening the NATO summit in Brussels with a bang Wednesday, President Trump blasted Germany for a pipeline project that he said made Germany “totally controlled by Russia.”

“I think it’s very sad when Germany makes a massive oil and gas deal with Russia where we’re supposed to be guarding against Russia,” Mr. Trump said at a breakfast with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.

Europe plunged into energy crisis as Russia cuts off gas supply via Ukraine | Daily Mail Online

Russia cut gas exports to Europe by 60 per cent today, plunging the continent into an energy crisis 'within hours' as a dispute with Ukraine escalated.

This morning, gas companies in Ukraine said that Russia had completely cut off their supply.

Six countries reported a complete shut-off of Russian gas shipped via Ukraine today, in a sharp escalation of a struggle over energy that threatens Europe as winter sets in.

Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Romania, Croatia and Turkey all reported a halt in gas shipments from Russia through Ukraine.

Croatia said it was temporarily reducing supplies to industrial customers while Bulgaria said it had enough gas for only 'for a few days' and was in a 'crisis situation'.

I'm not sure if he was trying to insult Merkel, flatter Putin before their summit, or both...
There is possibly no less likely configuration of geopolitics on the planet than a Germany reduced to a Russian puppet.

Trump is a fucking moron and a moral imbecile.

Agreed. I think his primary goal is to restore the USSR to its former size.
