These "rights" were never intended by the Framers to construe abortion, which was until the awful 'Roe' decision, for the states to decide. They would be shocked to see abortion called a 'fundamental right'.

That's the argument those wanting to lower the age of consent are making. Coming to a child near you.

    Irrelevant, even if true.

You claim to be telepathic with dead people.

Some of you folks love to depend on the text of the Constitution, until you do not like what it says.

    .
OK, so you admit that the right to an abortion is not contained in the Constitution.

Where did this "right" come from then?

As indicated by the 9th Amendment, it need not be there in order to protected. You are being disingenuous and are trolling.

Once again, since you admit the right to an abortion is not in the Constitution, where does this right come from?

    Try doing some reading. Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973).

So your position is that a few activist judges bestowed a right you admit is not contained in the Constitution.

    Got it.

I have said no such thing. You are lying and trolling.

You cannot deny a right just because it is not in the Constitution. The Constitution itself expressly says non-enumerated rights are protected. I understand you do not like the Constitution, but that is your personal problem.
    Thanks from boontito
