    I see where the indictments refer to training the kids to shoot, but it doesn't seem as if the prosecutors know yet why the adults did what they did.

    I agree but I don't think they will be able to produce a sentence long enough for the crime, given the evidence they have. I guess it probably depends on how good the defense attorney is.
