Unlike Republicans I do not run. The mistake I made was not listening to the video at first. Once I did with the words below I knew it was a lie.
“Because it gives leverage to every family, to every mom who courageously brought her child across the desert to escape, to escape death, rape, gang violence and the rest,” she explained. “Because it gives hope, because of the leverage it gives to families who may have followed — dad may have gone home for a family funeral and now can’t come into the country. All of those injustices have to be corrected.”
So "dad" is citizen of the US but can't get back to the US if he leaves?

Ummm......alrighty now. Of course she wasn't talking about illegals.......................................... .................

    You bubble people are hilarious.

That seems nonsensical on several levels.

Oh, petty insults now? A pithy and compelling argument you are putting forth.

From my perspective, if the citizens of San Francisco want her continued representation, that is their right. Moreover, as a resident of Maryland, I am thankful that she is in San Francisco. She is the daughter of Thomas D'Alesandro, Jr. At one time, the D'Alesandro family were powerful Baltimore politicos.

What I find somewhat ironic was during Mr. Romney's run for the Oval Office. His prior relationship with a venture capital firm was used against him as one of those evil 1%ers. Sometimes, alleged actions by the firm were used even when he was no longer with the firm. All the while, Paul Pelosi, her husband, owned and operated a venture capital firm. Until 2012, it was not illegal for Congressional representatives to use insider trading. In that year, the STOCK Act was passed prohibiting their use of insider trading. It included restrictions on participation in IPOs which was labelled the "Pelosi Provision". In California, if one wants to discuss those evil 1%ers, Paul and Nancy Pelosi would be listed in the top ten.

correction...YOU hurled the insult. I simply pointed out what you are doing. You used the term "jingoistic" in a pejorative manner. You damn sure weren't trying to compliment me by using it.

And that brings up another question....what DO you have against the US and patriotic people. That seems to bother you on some level.

And yes, the democrat party is more concerned with illegals than they are of actual us citizens.

I thin, and this is just my opinion, she represents the worst aspect of the Democratic Party, extremely wealthy liberals pontificating to the working class while pretending she is one of them.

I think, and this is just my opinion, she represents the worst aspect of the Democratic Party, extremely wealthy liberals pontificating to the working class and poor while pretending she has their personal interests at heart, though her entire life was gilded.

The Democratic Party, the representatives of the 9.9% globalists really, are also free to represent the foreign nationalists the 9.9% feel they need to keep wages flat and profits high.

I don't have a problem with it. I mean, it's been obvious for years. The demand for open borders, the collapsing of American manufacturing, the driving licenses for illegals, and automatic voter registering of everyone who gets a license and opening up voting for school boards in San Fran for known illegals have all been indicative of who the Democratic Party really wants to represent for years. Obama called it the coalition of the ascendant. Hillary called everyone what wasn't on board with this "program" deplorables.

What surprises me is the Democrats aren't even bothering to deny it anymore.

That allegation does not seem to be supported by your link.
