No. The GOP will let the clock run out and then it will shit it's pants. And then there will be a continuing resolution, after damage has already set in, and the GOP will take a hit in the 2014 elections. There are just so many whackadoodles in the GOP, esp. in the HoR, and they are chomping at the bit to "shut it down". Well, let em, and when the ship capsizes, they will then realize what they did.
It happened with the sequester, when GOP started saying it was Obama’s idea in January, while Congress and the White House were ostensibly trying to work out a deal to avoid it. No one in the MSM bothered to ask why Obama had to put sequestration on the table.
