You're absolutely correct. A&E has not violated Robertson's free speech rights at all. But apparently, Robertson did violate his contract with A&E, which is why he's in hot water with them now.
You're also correct that if the rest of the Robertson clan follows suit, that they too, will be dropped from the show, or the show cancelled outright. Where I think you're wrong is that another network will pick them up. I can't imagine that another network would not have a similar clause in their contracts as well, that would preclude the Robertsons from such public displays. That being the case, why would any other company pick up the show, knowing that these people have already violated their contract with another company?
