I mean "those" kind of customers. Costco doesn't want the poor kind of customers. They want the affluent. They aren't building their stores in the inner cities. They aren't building their stores in the rural communities. They are building them where the Volvo driving soccer moms live. Nothing wrong with that but if you all want to hold them up as the bastion of great employers, keep in mind that Costco is a store for the more affluent. Extend your pinky while sipping that Starbucks.
I have a single finger extended in your direction while sipping my Folger's.
Guess which one it is?
So exactly what is wrong if they sell expensive wine as well as cheap wine? So what is wrong if they sell filet as well as chuck steak? People buy what they can afford. ...and the employees are paid well to boot.
There's nothing wrong with Costco,
there's only something wrong with liberals' cognitive ability to make an honest comparison between them and other retailers.
