How are drones going to deliver in inclement weather? Snow storms, thunderstorms, high winds, etc?

Every time one of those happens I get an email from FedEx and UPS telling me the shipments arriving will be late.

Amazon is a heavy user of the U.S. Postal Service. They do a fine job.
