    Those are outcomes, sir.

    Economic policy refers to that president's approach. E.g., Reagan and "trickle down", which has been discredited.

    IOW, how the president plans to try to achieve his stated desired outcomes.

    That is why the U6 was 9.4% in 2016 while in 2008 it was 9.4% people were being downsized.
    You think Trump gets credit for changes in 1st quarter of 2017?

    He had only taken office January 21st!
