    A 15 handicap for 18 holes is good on any course as long as it isn't all par 3s in my book.

    I played Cog Hill GC once outside of Chicago. They played the PGA championship there. I forget what I shot but it's was maybe in 130s for a par 72. Lots of water and sand traps.

    That makes sense to me. Teachers who have flunked geography probably WOULD be more likely to vote for Trump.
