No, me and Spooky are cool. Plus, my "dimestore psychology" isn't anything different from what ALL of us can see when we look at his misogynistic posts, his admission of no successful long-term relationships with women, his rants about "promiscuity", and his even MORE enthusiastic rants about homosexuals.

It doesn't take Stephen Hawking to add 1 plus 1 plus 1 ...and get "3".

I think this issue is a bit bigger than just "Liberals."

I sorta put the responsibility on each individual. (Even though, the concept of "personal responsibility" does see to be quite at odds with Liberal political philosophy....)

    It just might work.
How about giving us some details of that law? Was that absence only in school? I don't think so.

Here's a little fact for you.

Abstinence education: There's almost no getting around it. States with abstinence-only education have the highest rates of teen pregnancies.

In 2008, the Washington Post reported on a University of Washington study which found that teenagers who received comprehensive sex education were 60% less likely to get pregnant than someone who received abstinence-only education. A 2007 federal report found that abstinence-only programs have had "no impacts on rates of sexual abstinence," reported ThinkProgress.

In a 2011 study published in the journal PLOS One, researchers found a similar correlation between a state's commitment to abstinence education and pregnancy rates.

    Disgusting.
What is disgusting is making false claims, and promoting a policy that results in more disease, and unwanted pregnancies among teens.

Mississippi continues to have the highest teen birth rate, with 55 births per 1,000 girls. New Hampshire has the lowest rate at just under 16 births per 1,000 girls.

    snip

…take the states with the highest and lowest teen pregnancy rates. Mississippi does not require sex education in schools, but when it is taught, abstinence-only education is the state standard. New Mexico, which has the second highest teen birth rate, does not require sex ed and has no requirements on what should be included when it is taught. New Hampshire, on the other hand, requires comprehensive sex education in schools that includes abstinence and information about condoms and contraception.

    Yes we are cool.

We may fight and argue and debate about politics but its just internet chat.

Nothing serious. You are a great poster and I hope you stick around for a long time.

If you're ever in my neighborhood I will fire up the grill and we will drink some beer and have a cookout.
