    Because those deaths have nothing to do with the healhtcare system.. if you get hit by a mac Truck walking across the intersection and die instantly your death is not a result of the healthcare system.

    Now you get Cancer and you receive Treatment and die, or Live, that is a result of the healthcare system.

    Americans have short life exectancies because we are risk takers, not our healthcare system.
