    There is no Trumpcare. The better name would be Ryancare

    Thank Obama for that. Try finding a specialist that will take Medicaid after Obama slashed the payments

    No one wants to put their name on the POS legislation that the Republicans tried to pass to replace Obamacare.

    Can Anyone Suggest

    " Can Anyone Suggest "

    * Curious Family Ties *

    Under ACA , young adults can remain on the family plan of their parents until age 26 , whether they are in college or not , whether they are employed or not , and family plan premiums apply whether one has one ( a spouse ) or more ( children ) dependants .

    When a young adult turns 26 , the once concomitant zero cost health care bumps to whatever the going rate happens to be ; what is the reasoning there , is there some cost management incurred when one becomes independently insured ?

    Could retired seniors be allowed back onto insurance plans of their adult family even though are not claimed as dependants ?

    Generally, you can join a parent’s plan and stay on until you turn 26 even if you:
    Get married
    Have or adopt a child
    Start or leave school
    Live in or out of your parent’s home
    Aren’t claimed as a tax dependent
    Turn down an offer of job-based coverage
