Here's a two step solution to fix Obamacare.
    1. Repeal it.
    2. Replace it with something entirely new.
Replace with what? Put up or shut up!

Only the GOP has historically been against most programs that the middle class depends on: Social Security, Medicare, medicaid for nursing homes minimum wage,Affordable HC, public education etc.

The GOP truly is the voice of the rich, the church and corporate America and we all know it.
The fact that they can trick many less intelligent voters into voting against their own best interests is what makes them so dangerous to our society.

Yes the Dems are also way to influenced by big money but nowhere near what the GOP has metastasized into.
Both parties are not the same, but do not pretend all Dems are lily white. I give you Joe Lieberman,a Democrat at the time, who killed SP.

There's the million dollar question. What policy will the insurance lobby allow our reps to pass?

I read this whole thread to see if anyone on the right had a solution. Bitching and Repeal is not an answer.

Give me a solution,a workable one.

I do think a few smart Republican Senators are willing to find a solution. Lamar Alexander has formed a bipartisan group. If they include the women from both sides it may just happen. Throw a few out on their ears in 2018,watch them knuckle down.

And Trump would sign, pretending it was his brilliance,if he is still in office. I am seeing a complete breakdown.

Bitching and repeal is what we have seen for 64 posts, not a single viable idea to fix a fucking thing. They scream that the CBO score is all wrong....they think that the 20 million losing Medicaid under the Republican plan are "choosing" to not have health care coverage. Like they have a choice...the Republican "Plan" is the same "plan" they have always had, pay or die.

EDIT: and if you can give millionaires and billionaires a huge tax cut at the same time, then all is not only good, it is double good.

I have mentioned this proposal over the years and will post it again.

Find a way to tweak this model for the United States.
