Like it or not, the Affordable Care Act is the law, until such time it is repealed by an act of Congress. Until that happens, it is the sworn duty of the President to uphold the law. Deliberately sabotaging a law goes directly against the U.S. Constitution. Some of you remember that this past January, Trump swore an oath to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Deliberately violating the writ of the U.S. Constitution also violates his presidential oath.
Even if he makes a particularly passionate, if ungrammatical and barely comprehensible, tweet?

It seems that Obama's Immigrations EOs was a violation of his oath. The Obama Administration instructed the IRS not to enforce mandates as spelled out in the PPACA as well.

That's a little different than deliberately causing a major piece of legislation to fail entirely. If Obama defunded the IRS, you'd be correct. But requiring agencies to adjust internal priorities is very different from deliberately taking measures with the intent of causing the law to fail.

It has failed from the start. Insurance companies keep dropping out. Trump is not the cause it is just a bad law

That could be said of immigration on Obama's watch. And was demonstrated by Obama's refusal to defend the Defense of Marriage Act.

    This Defense of Marriage act?

104–199, 110 Stat. 2419, enacted September 21, 1996, 1 U.S.C. § 7 and 28 U.S.C. § 1738C) was a United States federal law that, prior to being ruled unconstitutional, defined marriage for federal purposes as the union of one man and one woman, and allowed states to refuse to recognize same-sex marriages granted ...
Didn't know Obama could declare an act Unconstitutional.

    Mr. Dittohead,

Isn't that like asking "will Trump try to make the sun come up in the morning?"
