My biggest fear is being a amputee due to diabetes.
I had inflammation in every joint. Thought it was early signs of MS. Turns out I had a tad too much sugar due to breads and a few sodas here and there. I cut that out completely and only have a pinch of sugar in my coffee and no more inflammation.

On at least one occasion (naturally I cannot remember them all, after 28-3/4 years), I put away 15 shots in 15 minutes. It's a big foggy after that. Short version, fell asleep in my dad's van as we were leaving town from SE Arizona, I woke up the first time after we'd gotten east of Dallas, then again in Tennessee, then again in Virginia (which was my destination. I think I only drove 2 hours of a 44-hour drive.
    Thanks from Hollywood

When I was a youngster there was nothing that a little whiskey and honey couldn't cure. I hear that I was a sickly child. It seems to me that anything that tastes good of feels good is going to kill ya. So over the last 7 decades, I've figured that the quality of life overrides the length of life. Sooner or later, our ride on this planet is gonna end for all us, so enjoy the ride. At least I will be able to tell St. Peter, man did I have a good time.

    Been there, done that.

    Just kidding

I really don't want to add extra years to the end of my life, but I wouldn't mind having a few of the early ones back.

We should have a little sympathy for those that don't drink because when they wake up in the morning, that's the best they're gonna feel all day.

    My signature line...

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, margarita in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, WHAT A RIDE!!!"
    Thanks from Coyote and Blueneck
