If you have to have it live, there's no limit to the PROFIT a corp will exact from the vulnerable. You gotta have some of those SPURTS of cash once awhile to impress shareholders. Cynical? You bet.

I doubt there are that many drugs that literally keep people alive day to day. A lot of the drugs for which drug companies charge zillions merely reduce certain symptoms of certain conditions.

It means that you can’t blame this on Trump.

My husband has stage four lung cancer and qualified for immunotherapy. Each treatment cost $15,000 and the results have been amazing. Fortunately it is covered by insurance otherwise it would cost about $150,000 a year

You do understand that this occurred under Obamacare and Obama's watch.

you notice that Trump has started addressing Drug Costs with Big Pharma..

Why didn't Obama think of trying to address this with Big Pharma.. OH Wait Big Pharma was putting millions into selling us Obamacare (which has caused US life expectancy to decline 2 consecutive years in a row which has not happened since 1968. While being promised Billions back from the Government.
    Thanks from Southern Dad

Trump promised to fix it, he has failed and will continue to fail....but he gets a pass from partisan hacks...

That's about par for cancer treatment. Glad to know it was successful.

Good civic minded corporations would never dump dioxin in land fills and then build sub-divisions on it, nor would they dump thousands of tons of flammable waste into one of our rivers that runs through a major city and watch it catch on fire and burn for weeks, we are so fortunate to have these fantastic civic minded corporations taking care of our air, water, and natural resources.....no regulations wanted or required....
