If you could make

however many changes to the current health care bill (i.e. you can't prevent it altogether, just make changes [e.g. remove funded abortions]), what would they be, and how would that change positively effect society?

For example:
I'm not entirely sure if this is what I read, but I believe you can only get insurance from companies that are stationed in either your state or a bordering state. But I'm not 100% sure that that's what I read, so I don't want to list it as the case. However, that is something worth changing (hypothetically, if it is true), because it would promote greater competition and thus better pricing all Americans.
