Some people feel like laws don't apply to them. Federal laws regulate interstate commerce. Just like back in the old days when it was illegal to sell Coors in the east. The laws were changed and if enough people wanted it the laws would be changed in this case.

The Amish usually obey the laws, they might not like them, but that doesn't mean they do not obey them.

an accusation does not make a crime. Like I said, the last time they made this accusation, it was the feds that transported the milk across the state line.

Not without showing y'all my poop.

I didn't mean to claim the pasteurized milk caused my intolerance condition, I meant that pasteurization removes from the milk what would help my body process it. Far as I've been told/read at least.

No, I am not even sure they "sold" the milk. They formed a club in this case.

My Allgyer formed a club and had customers become shareholders in an attempt to avoid the ban, but the FDA went to court last week to stop the operation.
I think here is the catch.

The FDA began to look into the farm, owned by Dan Allgyer, when an investigator used aliases to sign up to the farm’s internet group and placed orders for raw milk to be delivered to Maryland.
I want to know who delivered it, but it seems to me that he was in PA when the milk was sold.
