Here they are - see what you think:br / br / strong class='bbc'Whereas/strong the Constitution of the United States represents an affirmative grant of Powers, by the People to the Federal Government,br / br / strong class='bbc'Whereas/strong the Federal Government has exceeded those Powers by continually expanding its scope beyond the limits prescribed by the People,br / br / strong class='bbc'Whereas/strong Congress has consistently failed to ask the People in advance whenever it expands its granted Powers,br / br / strong class='bbc'Whereas/strong the Supreme Court is unable to provide effective Judicial oversight on the Legislative Powers of Congress, and whereas the Congress has willfully re-delegated a substantial number of those Powers to the Executive Branch,br / br / strong class='bbc'Be it Resolved/strong that the People shall re-establish an effective Balance of Powers between the States and the Federal Government, by passing the following Amendments to the United States Constitution:br / br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment A:/strong Congress shall lay no new tax which is not approved by a majority of the States.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment B:/strong Congress shall have no power to regulate commerce within a State, regardless of the effects of that commerce outside the State.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment C:/strong Congress shall not impose any unfunded mandate upon a State, nor place any condition upon a State for receiving federal money.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment D:/strong Congress shall not re-delegate its legislative authority to any other branch of government, or any foreign power, or any international body.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment E:/strong No candidate for federal office shall receive any money from corporations or foreign powers. Only individuals may make political donations to candidates for federal office and their respective political parties.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment F:/strong Any federal law or regulation may be rescinded or made null and void by the Agreement of 2/3 of the States.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment G:/strong No federal elected official shall receive pay during any year in which the federal budget is not balanced.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment H:/strong The Rights of the People as defined in the First Ten Amendments shall be extended to all federal jurisdisctions.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment I:/strong No federal, state, or international laws or regulations shall supercede the meaning and intent of the Constitution of the United States.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment J:/strong All emergency authority granted by Congress to the Executive Branch shall be subject to review and re-authorization at least once every two years.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment K:/strong General Welfare shall be construed to mean the ability of the several States to exist together in peace and tranquility.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment L:/strong No taxes shall be levied on income, but Congress may institute a uniform tax on the sale of goods, not to exceed 25% of the amount of sale.br / br / strong class='bbc'Amendment M:/strong The People shall retain the Right to audit all federal expenditures, income, and borrowing, and the disbursement by the federal government of any negotiable instrument.br / br / img src='http://www.politicalhotwire.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/politicalforum/~4/WwO1YYigEnw" height="1" width="1"/
