And, by the way, @Libertine, if you want to talk about Executive Branch power grabs, it is now up to 44 of the 50 states that are rejecting Donald Trump's demands for private voter information.

In fact, the Republican Secretary of State of the state of Mississippi, a VERY red state, told Mr. Trump he could go jump in the Gulf of Mexico.

    Hah!!

And some are geographical. There are some links that aren't shown in Canada.

Who knew the internet could be so complicated?
    Thanks for the tip.

Please provide that non-Wapo link to the article that you have found.

For me, the link in the OP worked. I didn't need to try the devious route this time.

LeRoy: And yet I bet this man is about to take this country into war against North Korea. It cannot have escaped the attention of Donald Trump that George W. Bush was becoming increasingly unpopular in HIS first year as President, right up to the moment when 9/11 happened. Then the entire country rallied around George W. Bush as HE led us into war.

    Brace yourself, America!!
Could this be why Congress is passing laws to stop Presidential broad powers given to GW so we have had perpetual war since that time?

Republicans are afraid to speak out against Trump so they are slowly pulling the Presidential wars back? Trump will not be able to go to war without going to Congress first.
    Thanks from Friday13 and labrea
