Dayton Daily exposed a new private school scandal every couple of weeks, until finally the Republican Legislature cracked down on them.

Voters blamed Strickland for the Bush recession. Kasich still only won by 2%.
Well, he just gave my HS a huge grant to remodeled the entire school....my public HS benefited greatly under Kasich. Strickland almost bankrupted education, we were begging for pencils. LOL As far as the private schools, which I support, they were designed as a safety net for kids with behavioral problems as a last chance stop. Without those, we would have MANY kids home schooled right now with little hope for a future. Ohio has had a lot worse as far as Gov's.

Of course they have had worse. Strickland was not one of them. He was Governor when Bush was President.

Kasich did not give you anything. The Legislature provided the money. Thanks to Obama the economy has turned around.

I explained to you how Kasich cut funds and gave to his wealthy friends. My Grandson’s Old High School got funds for a new High School, too. They were adding on to it before it was finished. They have such an influx of new students, they can not keep up. Warren County.

John was not my favorite when he came into office, but he has matured a great deal. John and Joe are a good example of two who could work together.

Lord how we need common sense people at this time in our History. They talked about Education, the fast changing Country and how we need to keep up.

They talked about how divisiveness is hurting both the Country and our Political system.
Yes, I wasn't a fan of Kasich either, but he's more of a pragmatist than an ideologue, and I'm okay with that. And I think he represents conservative Christian values in much more consistent way than most Republicans.

Joe Biden? Also a good guy but I hope he doesn't run in 2020. He's just too damn old.

The national parties for the Dems and Reps both really screwed up. In my opinion, they need to understand their constituents better or they will continue to fail and we will see more "outsiders" with continued unpredictable results.
