Kim Yo Jong is not some innocent bystander of the North Korean regime. She is a powerful member of her brother's government. She and her family have terrorized and brutally repressed the North Korean people for decades. But she gives Pence a little side eye and the idiots at CNN squeal in delight.

In Pyeongchang, her presence is a major story line for reporters and the buzz on the street, with some in South Korea curious and accepting, while others are skeptical, if not downright cynical."

Sounds more like "reporting" than "promoting."

I did, you should try the same.

"If "diplomatic dance" were an event at the Winter Olympics, Kim Jong Un's younger sister would be favored to win gold.

With a smile, a handshake and a warm message in South Korea's presidential guest book, Kim Yo Jong has struck a chord with the public just one day into the PyeongChang Games."

Sounds more like cynicism to me.

    Huh Comrade?

    Thx

Not a bad strategy when you think about it.
She's the head of propaganda for that government. Her job is to shower her brother with flattery. That has had no discernible positive effect on him.
Maybe we should show the people of North Korea instead that we sympathize with their plight and see their government for what it is.

So you now call it cynicism rather than reporting

They can make a cynical comment and give further impressions.

Honestly, should Pence have slapped her?

Is it going to be a disaster if they offer her some small crumb of civility?

Why doesn't your man-baby criticize Putin, hmm, is he scared of him?

    Thx

The most ironic thing here is how much your man-baby and Un share in common!

They fight, well, just like brothers...

There's nothing I'd rather see than the people of NK rise up and toss that fat little prick and his whole damn family into the Sea of Japan and take their country back. But god knows what they think would happen if they did that. You know it wasn't until we began a more conciliatory relationship with the USSR that things began to change for the Soviet people. Maybe this is a good thing.
