    Michelle Wolf’s humor

It was described as humor? I cringed, she was dreadful. I hope that wasn't America's best comedian.

    She didn't go far..at all

She took no prisoners last night. She roasted Trump, Pence, White House staffers, the media, media personalities. Everyone is focused on Sanders but that was only 1 1/2 minutes of Michelle's act.

She was hired to do a roast. That is what she did. Enough with holding everyone else but the President of the United States and his staff to higher standards.

Some on the right are asking for an apology. But seems like they didn't ask that of Trump with he made his racist birther comments or his Hollywood Access tape

Never talked about how Sander's "looked" it was a commentary on her character.

I do give props to Sanders. She was there to represent the administration She didn't walk out. I suspect IQ45 would of immediately.

Because we all know his fragile ego can not take one ounce of criticism.

    She's much worse than that.
She (Sanders) is knowingly aiding and abetting a Russian puppet/traitor whose goal is to destroy this country as we know it and replace it with Trump USA Inc and who's VP wants to turn us into a hypocritical Christian Theocracy.

    I give her no credit.
It was a ploy/trick to play the victim card like her boss does ever day.

And no, I did not watch the video. It is nearly 20 minutes long, and I do not really care what was said. As לשחות בלילה said, the reality has become more absurd than the parody.
Mike Allen, writing in the Axios AM newsletter included this in his report on the dinner:

The Gridiron Club, which hosts another major dinner for Washington reporters, has a rule for its roasters: "Singe, don't burn."
And one guest told me a good rule of thumb for comedy is not to attack how people look or who they are.

I think she could have been funnier/more enjoyable to watch without giving the Trumpsters more ammunition to bitch about their opposition.

what I don't like is an administration, or their supporters , who think they are owed an apology for someone engaging in an act of free speech? Kathy Griffin went too far. But, it sets a dangerous precedent when our elected public servants start behaving as if no one is allowed to tell jokes they don't like. Especially, after they all sat silently by while a hell of a lot more offensive things about Obama were said.

since when has how a person looks been off limits to comedians? That, in of itself, is funny. And "who they are"....
    Uh, what?

I wonder why the media isn't spending as much time talking about and showing clips of this part of her speech.
Her most cutting joke came at the end, when the 32-year-old comic took direct aim at the journalists in the room. Mr. Trump, she said, “has helped you sell your papers and your books and your TV. You helped create this monster and now you are profiting from him.”
It's a mystery. We may never know.
