I'm against it. What happened to the 5th amendment?
We have something called the Supreme Court. If people feel it is unconstitutional then there is a remedy.

That's what Putin wants for western democracies.
    Trump has been delivering.
Your posts tell me that you are on the side of the criminals. We have a Supreme Court. We have a judicial branch just to handle things like this. Are you thinking no forfeiture case has ever made it to the SCOTUS?

In most cases, no. In cases where that money cannot be determined to be from those drug sales, that's another issue.

They don't wait to conviction to seize contraband.

Really, your lame go to talking point again?

So it does not bother you that DOJ can seize your cash/ assets with zero evidence/charges even in states where the practice is illegal

I thought conservatives were all the the states rights issue. The pretzel logic of the most ardent BLOTUS supporters is really something to behold.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Is this still a thing? Or do we tear up the Constitution because drugs?

Right, nor should they. It takes a long time to get a conviction. What would be left?
