    Don't want a child don't, screw around.
Who gives a shit what you grandmother said? Was she infallible? My grandmother thought putting butter on a burn was good medicine. She was wrong. We don't base law on old wives tales.

By that token, you could argue that my grandchildren are a part of the future generation. Of course, I have no grandchildren, and my teenaged daughter is thankfully not pregnant, but she was born with all of the eggs she will ever produce - including those that will eventually be a part of my grandchildren.

So unless you're prepared to call the contents of my daughter's ovaries "members of a future generation," your argument is weak.

So, your grandmother really wanted no one to reproduce... There is a chance that any pregnancy can result in a child with down syndrome, and parents basically know that they will end up dying and leaving their down syndrome offspring in the care of the government... It is cruel to force people into that position.

How do you reconcile those laws with your insistence that there's more than a semantic difference between "baby" and "fetus"?

The same way as I have explained a person who cuts off my finger is not the same as if I cut off my finger. Somebody who terminates a fetus against a woman as well is committing a crime

You want to call a fetus a child when it is not a child so I will call a child a fetus. English is my first language and I am smart enough to know that a fetus is not a child but you seem to have a problem with that. I bet you want to dress a little zygote in a tutu

Just sayin' that would be EQUAL rights.
Again with that stupid example. A man and a woman produce a third person. Are men so stupid that they donít realize there are consequences if they impregnate a woman? But you were basically saying is that only the man should have the right to abandon a child he produced. A man knows that if he is careless and get a woman pregnant and she is like you against abortion, he will have to support it for 18 years. What you were saying that this child that is his should be abandoned
    Thanks from Madeline

So am I mistake and you are saying that BOTH parents MUST to agree with the abortion process the child can be killed.. I don't think so.
OK he doesn’t want her to have an abortion. So therefore you are saying she she should have to bear the child. He is saying he doesn’t want to support a child so therefore he is saying she has to have an abortion. Everything being equal who do you think should have the final say?
    Thanks from Madeline
