Does anyone here watch college or pro football? Who are your favorite teams? I like the Fla Gators and Dolphins.
Welcome! Have fun and stay away from any trouble makers you may encounter.

Football! Ah yes! We love the football. I have a special place in my heart for the teams that embrace mass murdering killers/rapists/pillaging plunderers. Vikings, Buccaneers, and Raiders. It is ok, because several hundred years have passed, and they did not kill any Americans.
    Example.
    Buccaneer Daniel Montbars.
Montbars led the way to the decks of the enemy, where he carried injury and death; and when submission terminated the contest, his only pleasure seemed to be to contemplate, not the treasures of the vessel, but the number of dead and dying Spaniards, against whom he had vowed a deep and eternal hatred, which he maintained the whole of his life.
He attacked the Spanish settlements on the coast of Mexico, Cuba and Puerto Rico. He also raided settlements in the Antilles and in Honduras, capturing Vera Cruz and Cartagena. Defending his act of vengeance against the Spaniards, he became known throughout the Spanish Main as "Montbars the Exterminator" for exacting his own cruelties against the Spanish. He looted and set fire to Porto Caballo, San Pedro, Gibraltar and Maricaibo, among other Spanish strongholds, and captured or destroyed numerous other forts and settlements. Although he did not murder in cold blood, as did some of his contemporaries, he gave no quarter to his enemies and was known to torture surviving Spanish soldiers. One of his more infamous methods was to cut open the abdomen of one of his prisoners, extract one end of the large intestine and nail it to a post, then force the man to "dance to his death by beating his backside with a burning log".

So since we need a few hundred years to pass, I wonder where the next up and coming mass murderers will be worshiped. Remember, ya gotta wait a few hundy. Which will be the up and coming metropolis in 2250 to have Isis on their helmets? Biloxi? Oshkosh? Huntsville?

I agree, and can only repeat my welcome, and apologise for my companions on this board.

But I am not an American, and don't consider what you play as 'football' - so I can't discuss the relative merits of your teams.

    Football or Fußball or Fútbol

    Obamacare? Benghazi? Just curious.

Washington DC did it for me. All of it

My team is now out of the playoffs after the first round after the Steelers put a fork in them. We call it "one and done". I need to look into your teams that play kick ball as an alternative for my loss.
