I voted for Bernie Sanders in both the primary and the general election, but would have voted for Clinton if I were in a competitive state. I'm currently pushing a lefty-solidarity vision, because I think the last thing we liberals need, at the moment, is to be indulging in in-fighting. I feel myself to be allied with every centrist and liberal in this country who is opposed to the dark turn taken by the GOP leadership, and so I'm not inclined to do things that would undermine that much-needed unity in opposition.
Bernie wasn't in the general election.

He's probably just very excited about his return here that he inadvertently said that.

I imagine he used a crayon to write the commie's name in.

Or wrote it in. I did in 2008.

Howdy, Arkady! We've already said hello, but hello again.

A liberal corporate lawyer? Now there's a rare breed. But I like your market-oriented approach to solutions. So what drew you to support Sanders over Clinton considering your own political-economic ideology? I would have thought HRC would have appealed to you more taking that into account.

Anywho, I agree with the lefty-solidarity concept. Until the GOP regains their sanity, any lefty is a good lefty. Unfortunately, I have liberal family and friends who disagree and want purity. They don't seem to realize that ideological purity brought us to where we are today with an embarrassing orange shit gibbon as president.

But I'm so glad to meet you and please don't be a stranger at our little corner of the intertubes.
Thanks from Friday13, MaryAnne and Arkady
