My guess is that he might try to get rid of it and make it an "open market", allowing insurance companies across state lines.....like thats some magic bullet. There will be some tax credit for it, and an endorsement of medical accounts and all the pay that goes to that account is not counted as your income at all and is not taxed.

I think thats what he will go for.

To this point most/all the focus of Obamacare has been to get coverage for more people (whether they want it or not).

There has been little attention/action given to controlling/reducing the overall cost of health care in this country. Until cost of care is addressed the mess is going to persist.

My company has been fucking raped without lubricant by a semi-truck sized aids infected dildo by Minnesota's version of Obamacare.

What I would like to see is a shifting of focus on controlling the costs of healthcare over subsidized plans provided by the state / government.

Next, because a Key aspect of the ACA is that it relies on membership - force ALL public sector employees into the program. Cancel all state and federal provided insurance for all employees.

Teachers.... Cops.... Senators, the fucking president of the united states.

In so doing, they have a personal reason to make it work.

Allow people to abstain from being a part of the ACA - if they choose not to, their health care is on them. If that means they loose everything - they loose everything.

We are a free nation - no one should be forced to buy anything they do not want too.

    Repealed.
Tax free health savings accounts, buying insurance across state lines to increase competition, tax deductions for insurance, and catastrophic plans re-legalized.

No, you can't do it. Get rid of the mandate, and people will buy insurance when they get sick, and drop the insurance as soon as they're well.

Many, including obama, said Trump would never be POTUS. How'd that "impossible" work out?

So the new administration has to do something to stop the bleeding.

Believe Trump did mention the topic in his "First 100 Days" document. (but am too lazy to go dig it up at the moment.)
His exact words: "Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act. Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications."

Health Savings Accounts are a brilliant concept that works well. Motivates people to NOT run to the doctor every time they have a sniffle or an ache.
