You are right, many were just plain ignorant.

Neither of Obama's parents qualified him for natural born citizen status. The location of birth was the only criteria which could provide that requirement.

The circumstances for Obama were quite unique. No other modern day President had the issue.

'Divide and Rule ' - yes - and i agree much of it coming from the professional Left, Hollyweird (SNL, NBC, Colbert, CBS) and the Elitist Democrat Party Establishment.

Keep plugging away at the silly Trump schtick Alec Baldwin, the world won't be watching. And tell your Hollywood celebrity friends Colbert, Daily Show, NBC, SNL, Samantha Bee, etc., they're not funny, and we know it is agenda driven Establishment Democrat Party message intentional brainwashing, being designed for the sheeple, and we'll be boycotting their Democrat Party drivel accordingly, as well, when Moore tries to sell his next agit-prop flick.

Exit polls depend on honesty. This election there was little honesty to be found.

Well there are a lot of people who didn't admit that they planned on voting for Trump so I imagine that played a factor. I do wonder though in the tech world we live in now, how much longer before they find a better way to do polling? Almost everyone has caller ID now and who answers to a number they don't know? I no longer do.

I opted not to make this a public poll, so if you'd like to answer anonymously and not comment, you have that option.
I don't believe all people of any such grouping are all the same. The same goes for just about any grouping of humans anyone can think of. There are also exceptions to that rule as there are to all. What seems disturbing to me about Trump supporters is what appears to be an apparently hypocrisy. There is no equivalent in the Democratic Party to the "Moral Majority" or the "Religious Right" or candidates that are all too willing to accept votes from such subgroups.

What is disturbing, even absurd to an extent, are those who would claim to be Christians and members of the religious right or moral majority, people who do such things as refuse to do things like bake cakes, pizza pies, take pictures or issue marriage licenses as a part of their job, based on the notion that to do so would somehow either be condoning homosexuality (and homosexual marriage, based on a passage in the New Testament that addresses divorce, not homosexuality) but at the same time vote for a man who is not only an adulterer (It is clear in Christianity that adultery is a serious no no, even making it as one of the TEN COMMANDMENTS), but the epitome of a number of things long considered the OPPOSITE of human virtues and called "deadly sins".

We see many, not all, tear apart HRC and Barack Obama for alleged lying, but then do not hold DJ Trump accountable for alleged lying and audio visual of his contradicting (which statement is the truth?) and his denial of accusations of doing things he is on audio tape saying, with regard to wanting to f*ck a married woman and grabbing women's pussies, even as he was married to his current wife. We see him dismissing just about anything that does not flatter him or agree with him.

Trump seems to have drawn support from adulterers like him and from those who seem to express racist actions and comments. I don't believe that means all of his supports are that way or see women as property or sexual objects, but Trump supporters DO beg the question of what they see in Trump that is so much more attractive to them than others and if they want to hold people like HRC and Barack Obama to certain standards and for alleged wrong doing, why aren't they applying the same standards to Trump?

I'd also like to know how Trump supporters seem to believe in the general comment that wealthy coastal elitists have neglected and abandoned them (what does that mean exactly, in an articulate explanation?), yet at the same time seem to think Trump does not represent a epitome example of what most people would describe as a wealthy coastal elitist. In addition, when did Donald Trump every put anyone or anything in front of himself and his family (NOT neglect others, much less rural middle America)? His supporters say they like him because he is NOT a politician. So were all the now politicians they elected in the past under the same pretense and now bash, as politicians. What they say they don't like about politicians is that the tell people what they want to hear. How is Trump NOT doing that? His life record is full of putting himself first and many incidents of not only putting the "little guy" last, but exploiting people that do not have the money to fight his rip off practices in court, as Kellyanne Conway said, before he bought her out. https://mediamatters.org/research/20...-pundit/212524

I'm curious as hell to know how Trump supporters do not ask all these questions about Trump, but ask them of anyone that challenges Trump's assertions or his past, versus his present and his own contradictions and denial of things he is on video saying or doing.

You do know Ronald Reagan was a Hollywood movie star and that most people outside of NYC, did not know much about Donald Trump until his Reality TV show. In addition, those that claim they "like what they hear" from Trump, like Trump, do not seem to like to hear what many people with REAL (not Reality TV) experience in dealing with Trump have to say about him and their experiences with him. Like Trump, they only seem to "like" flattering things about Trump, not anything to questions or faults him, no less than he does the same. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/...ults.html?_r=0

By the same silly logic, one might ask Trump and Trump supporters why they don't move to Russia.

Why do some people here consistently make themselves out to look like fools by posting before thinking?

    We can all find cartoons.

    SNL is SATIRE. https://www.google.com/search?q=sati...hrome&ie=UTF-8

Those who take it literally have some problems, understanding what satire is.

You may be generally unhappy and disappointed when you're not given the special favors or admiration you believe you deserve. Others may not enjoy being around you,

"If you have narcissistic personality disorder, you may come across as conceited, boastful or pretentious. You often monopolize conversations. You may belittle or look down on people you perceive as inferior. You may feel a sense of entitlement — and when you don't receive special treatment, you may become impatient or angry. You may insist on having "the best" of everything — for instance, the best car, athletic club or medical care."

"At the same time, you have trouble handling anything that may be perceived as criticism. You may have secret feelings of insecurity, shame, vulnerability and humiliation. To feel better, you may react with rage or contempt and try to belittle the other person to make yourself appear superior. Or you may feel depressed and moody because you fall short of perfection."

    http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-c...s/con-20025568

Many people see Trump's actions as a perfect fit to the above.

Who on earth takes something like SNL literally?

The question is like asking a German couple in Munich circa 1936 if they hate all Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, intellectuals, artists, authors and so on. If they flew the flag, saluted when demanded and supported the Reich, they are responsible for the outcomes and behavior of the Nazis. If you voted for Trump it is immaterial if you yourself are a racist or misogynist. You voted for a man who is and for a party that harbors and supports and encourages it. Sorry, but you are who you associate with as our parents used to tell us....
