When I am staying out in the desert we just leave our guns wherever. If we are having kids coming over all the guns unloaded, safeties put on, the guns are locked and the ammunition is hidden. Its not hard to be responsible.

Do you lock your kitchen cabinets, Medicine Chests, Cars when they come over.

I know but you can't prevent all dangers. But I am not going to leave my loaded gun sitting in a corner with kids around.

Never said you should.. I just asked did you prepare for more common dangers for children as well.

I also trained my children (began at age 8) on how to use, Safely handle and operate firearms. This took the mystery out of them. I made it clear you don't touch a firearm if you find one tell and adult...

I also taught them defensive shooting, which came in handy when my 16 year old was at home during a home invasion..... (the 2 men left, she did not have to fire a shot, but they saw the business end of a 1911, and decided another home would be a better choice to invade).

Once again, you're spouting off uneducated bullshit lies. Try not using Infowars as your source, mkay? btw...copyright infringement is against the forum rules.
