Once again with the gun grabbing agenda based on anecdotes taken way out of proportion.

    2015
    accidental deaths, all causes 136,053
    non-transport 98,114
    poisoning 42, 032
    falls 31,959
    drowning 3,406
    smoke, fire & flame 2,701
    accidental discharge of firearms 586

Perhaps you should start posting up anecdotes of children eating drano they find in unlocked cabinets because that's quite a bigger problem it seems. Then you can start worrying about open windows and flimsy railings next.

VIDEO: PA Doctor Shoots Crazed Gunman, Saves Dozens of Lives

hough the hospital in question had a policy (policy is not law) forbidding anyone but law enforcement officers from carrying weapons on the premises, that didn’t stop a Pennsylvania psychiatrist from carrying one to his job.

    And thank God he did.

Because the doctor had his weapon, he was able to stop a gunman by using his own gun to shoot and wound him.

I'm a 2nd Amendment purist....I believe the word "arms" is all-inclusive in the phrase "to keep and bear arms".

Ergo, if one can afford it?

An American citizen has the right to keep and bear a nuclear weapon for self-defense.
