I think Comey is already scheduled to testify.

I think if Trump was going to block it he would have done so already.

No, he won't block it. He has nothing to hide.

Some lady reporter from Bloomberg said White House confirms: They are reviewing whether to invoke executive privilege to prevent Comey from testifying before a congress next week.

I hope he does testify, one more thing out of the way so we can move on.

Maybe Comey is hoping President Trump will invoke it.

He will try to block Comey's testimony. But there are people lining up the legal arguments against it. The privilege was never intended to be used to block an investigation of the president or his administration or his associates.

Executive Privilege is allowed by both sides protect the Presidents 'work product'.

Obama claimed EP on documents generated between he and holder as work product of the President...not on Holder testifying.

No President has that power. No President has ever claimed a conversation between he and an subordinate as protected by EP.

Trump can not order Comey not to testify. By what authority.

I believe it will show he blatantly lied about his conversation with Comey. Trump is a serial pathological liar.

    You couldn't be more wrong.
