    CLEAN ones.
It's not American? Violence is very American. At one time the proper thing for a real man to do would be to stand up for the honor of a lady, sometimes very violently.
Thanks from Madeline and The Man

I'm for the hospital. It's not just hate speech, it's violent. You say violent things, you might get a violent response.

LOL! Hardly ever, but when need be. He needs his jaw dislocated so that signs are the only way that fucker can talk. But I like the sign idea inspired by Rass. He wants to promote rape, I will stand next to him and promote his fucking jaw getting smashed on my sign. I guess The Man will do the smashing and the rest of us will fund his defense!
    Thanks from The Man

It would seem reasonable that a covert threat would be a justified form of self defence against a covert threat to violate non aggression principles .

An actual act of aggression , as a justified form of self defence against a covert threat to violate non aggression principles , becomes a bit more contentious , although not completely unjustified given other extenuating circumstances such as likelihood of any other to comply with the suggestion .

As of yet , a legal justification for making a covert threat a civil offence is not forthcoming .

    Wwyd?

If it later came out that he is mentally handicapped, but all else was the same, why would that change people's opinion?

    Or would it at all?

I'm not so sure about that. People aren't born hating other people. They have to be taught who to hate and why. Enter: religion. People like to joke that prostitution is the world's oldest profession, but I tend to think it's the preisthood. Being the one to decide what is evil and what rules people must obey to appease a jealous and violent and invisible god must have been pretty important back in the early days of human civilization.

Of course religions still exist, but most people don't understand their religion as a command to act like this guy. To me, he seems like a powerless atom in a sea of things that frighten him, who has decided that his life has meaning if he shouts at kids in a schoolyard in the name of his invisible overlord. To me, that seems like someone to be pitied, not assaulted. I hope the kids didn't witness the assault.
