Should the press boycott the daily WH briefings?

Should the press boycott the daily WH briefings?

With Trump disparaging the free press on a daily basis, why do they let themselves be pushed around?
Boycott at least the daily propaganda briefings and put Trump on notice that they will no longer broadcast any of his live speeches, events or anything else they feel is inappropriate for their viewers.

"Out of respect for our viewers, we have decided not to provide a propaganda outlet for an administration that has no respect for the voters, our constitution or laws."

We will of course continue to report the facts and truth about Mr. Trump and his administration but we have chosen to exercise our Constitutional right to not act as his propaganda arm and not help him deceive the American people.

    Sounds like a great plan.

Suspect Trump would be more than happy to discontinue the briefings.

The media boycotting would be the White House's dream come true. What the press should do instead, is band together and if whatever shill Trump sends out stonewalls a reporter on a question, the next one should repeat it, and the one after that, and after that, until it's answered or it ends in a mockery. They're all ending in mockeries anyways.

For someone who loves attention, him and his cronies sure seem to be trying their hardest to operate in as much secrecy as possible.
