All Trump would have to do is make a deal with Russia and China to do it and problem solved.
Trump can't even strike a deal with his own political party. What makes you think he could negotiate with world leaders?

That's taken from the War Crimes Tribunal at Nuremburg.

Of course every nation claims that it's aggressive acts are actually defensive. It was true of Nazi Germany "defending itself" by invading Poland. It was true of the US "defending itself" against aggression contained entirely within the borders of Vietnam.

Please do try and keep up.

It was asked when a pre-emptive strike would be useful and I said to prevent a nuclear attack on one of our cities.
Then you worded your answer stupidly IF that was what you were trying to say.

Guam is a tiny dot on the world. They won't be able to hit it. If it came to that, they would aim at things they could hit, South Korea, Japan, and the continental US.

He was a 22 year old student. No military or political affiliation. Still practically a boy.

How long are we going to let them do this?

US on high alert amid North Korea's cyber threats

It's not like they need to nuke us to hurt us. They are stealing hundreds of millions of dollars. NK earns about 1/3 as much from ransomware as they earn from their exports. When is enough, enough?
