US on high alert amid North Korea's cyber threats

It's not like they need to nuke us to hurt us. They are stealing hundreds of millions of dollars. NK earns about 1/3 as much from ransomware as they earn from their exports. When is enough, enough?

im libertarian and i believe we shouldnt be messin around with other countries. i voted no on this poll.

but if nk keeps up the smack talk we will be forced to nuke. after the nuke they can rebuild and start over. my guess is there will be few survivors so we will need to add people to repopulate.

A BOY, at 22? At 22 I had already served two years active duty in the Marine Corps, was still in the USMCR and was married, back in college nights.

YOU go invade N.K. for this on dumbass who did something stupid in a hostile foreign country. I stay here.

I can’t even imagine what would result from a North Korea that had a sudden “regime change”.

    It’s unimginable.

I suppose they’d just have a few days of general vs general tank battles in the capital and a new dictator for life would emerge.

The concept of anyone, including China or South Korea, going in and setting up a proxy government? I can’t even picture it.

I don’t think there’s any place on Earth with less hope.

I think we need to stop being indecisive. Either we accept it, and say we don't have the power to stop NK, and make peace.... or we don't accept it, we stop with all the stupid sanctions that have done nothing but provoke them, and we go to war for real. This sort of half hearted shit is going to make things worse. Every country in the world is watching to see how weak and indecisive we are.... and we are showing them.

If it were all up to me, I'd go with war. But I am not closed to the idea of peace, I just need someone to explain how it would work. Kicking the can down the road is not peace.
