    There is your real answer.

No all this whining from a bunch of psychos suffering from TDS.
Obama tripled the stock market. Post when Trump does that. He's riding Obama's momentum when it comes to the Stock Market.

    THANKS OBAMA!

    You can thank Obama later.

If you were putting up your Great White Hope in retaliation to eight years of Obama you have failed miserably. Trump is the biggest embarrassment to this country we have ever had. Listening to him speak is like pulling teeth. He repeats himself with the "believe me," and "really really" this and "really really" that. Not to mention "very very" this and "very very" that.

But when you are talking to the dumb people of America you have to dumb down your message so you can understand it.

Maybe you can answer this question. Name one Socialist, or Marxist, or Communist Bill implemented by Democrats over the last eight years?

In other words you yourself have seen no changes to your weekly income but the CEO's of the fortune 500's are making a killing in bonuses and so is Wall Street trading back and forth and making commissions. Personally I transferred everything to mutual funds from individual stocks or industries before Trump took office. He had and has no clue the impact he can have on individual companies or even an individual sector with one stupid move or tweet (or maybe he does and is having his friends pay him off when he does it?). Diversification was my way of protecting against the idiot and chief. So far so good but given the lack of progress his administration has in made in international trade deals with the international community I may have to look at moving the whole thing to funds with as much international holdings as I can get. US industry sectors are going to be beaten up by European and Asian companies in most sectors. I am seriously considering taking investments to an aggressive 80% international and keeping just 20% domestic. I seriously don't like the way things are going long term under Trump as it relates to the US but the international markets should benefit as he keeps shying away from trade deals. I'm looking at funds with representation in Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim.

I picked "the same" based purely on tangibles.

Was glad we got our mortgage rate locked in before the election since interest jumped right after.

When you bundle "pride in country" into the question that tips the scale for the worse but it also pretty much guarantees a partisan divide on the poll question, so I left that out.

I and everyone I know is better off now than a year ago. My retirement accounts are much fatter, economic growth is over 50% higher than last year in the Obamaconomy, over 2 million new jobs created, a record year of revenue and income for my company, we've scaled back our meddling in the middle East, consumer and employer confidence is higher than it has been in decades, sexual predators are being called out, life is good and the outlook is bright!
