About what Trump said, women will "let" celebrities do......

Poll was intended to be a yes/no poll and checked the multiple choice box, but must have missed another option box to check. Only check the things you believe in and you can discuss your answers further in the thread.

Tell us. If a celebrity, like Donald Trump comes up to you, would you "let" him "do anything" he "likes"......as in kiss you or grab you by the you know what?

Trump was elected, Moore is looking to be elected, all, while others are being fired and Trump is taunting those fired for fewer allegations made against them, than made about him.

How do you square support for Trump and Moore or any former FOX News employees, all while calling others to the mat for their behavior?

Both Trump and Steve Bannon appear to have separate, but similar tactics, when it comes to deflecting, reversing attacks, finding scapegoats and essentially driving wedges and getting people to BELIEVE them (how is that so???). Bannon, as a Moore supporter seems to like the whole "White male supremacist" shtick and basically fomenting chaos and a social free-for-all without caring about the ultimate consequences of a neo-nazi society. Both Trump and Bannon know that destroying a free press (so they can control all information) is vital to their aims and this is why they work so hard to tear down all media, but their own (Breitbart, Twitter Tweets or the soulless shill Sarah Huckabee Sanders) or their "certified" "approved" outlets (FOX News). They're working the same recommendations and angles found in Mein Kampf, for propaganda by consistently calling anything that does not emanate from them, "fake" to the point enough people begin to believe it Mein Kampf: War Propaganda FOX News used politics as part of their business plan by simply painting/portraying their competition as having a political bias......Never mind that having a political bias does NOT define anyone or any entity with such a bias as either being liars OR being truthful, but it works as a wedge and a hedge to attract a market audience immediately away, based on their political leanings (for those that are told to believe what they are told without thinking for themselves of investigating for themselves or those that care more about political sides, than truth).

Anyway, this waterfall of women coming forward is fantastic, but for the fact, not all women agree, by way of their continued support for Trump and Moore, all while essentially crucifying others for no less and in some cases what may be a lot less than what Trump and Moore are facing with regard to allegations and with regard to their denial and continuing to call their accusers liars.

Yes, politics, like most everything is a two way street, but while a "liberal" President was impeached for what was claimed to be a lie during a deposition and "liberal" males are being fired and labeled, left and right, "conservatives" are still protecting their own against similar and the same types of allegations. How is a culture of "protecting" men like Weinstein horrendous, while it still goes on, regarding people like Trump and Moore?

It would appear the issue goes a LOT deeper than sexual allegations and looks to address our inconsistencies, hypocrisies and values that appear to be applied subjectively, rather than objectively, when it comes to politics.

Until we decide all men/women should be treated the same, based simply on anyone/male or female, coming forward to accuse, with allegations about sexual misconduct, then NOTHING will change. We also have to realize, if we go there, that unless we further define degrees and levels of sexual misconduct and how to deal with allegations the abuse of power will still exist, including the power to abuse the power to accuse.

Justice is about hearing both sides of a story. Those who have abused power for purposes of sexual acts, NEED to be held accountable, but that need does NOT make the potential abuse of power in the form of accusation, go away. While there are some people who would throw a rope over a tree and hang someone based on nothing more than a pointed finger and a few words of accusation, MOST do and should (for their own protection) promote everyone having their day in court, be it as an accuser or as the accused and each person deserves to have their story heard, be they the accused of the accuser. It should be far more than obvious to anyone, why both the denials of the accused, NOR the accusations of the accusers are not simply taken on word alone. If we do NOT uphold that, then everyone, male or female, is vulnerable to all manner of accusations and serious consequences WITHOUT a means to have their side of the story heard OR equally any accusations need to be heard and taken seriously.

Once again, it all leads back to an ethic of reciprocity. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That works both ends. Don't want to be accused of sexual misconduct or be the victim of sexual misconduct, then don't participate in sexual misconduct. The same with accusations. Don't accuse someone falsely, if you don't want someone else to accuse you falsely.

It will be interesting to see the results......

Next time I will make it a public poll so we can see who the smart ass is.

Perhaps the mods could delete this poll and the duplicate post made while trying to correct this poll so it would be a yes, no poll, which it did not turn out to be.

Well I can only say that one of my daughters friends is in sports management and helps with a few professional teams in the offices here in New England. One of the biggest problems they have is keeping women away (groupies if you will) that will show up and want them to autograph their breasts or some other part. Athletes said sometimes when they are on the road traveling, they will find young women near their hotel rooms or when they are eating and giving them their hotel keys. I guess its one of those things like those that used to follow rock bands back in the day. Yes some women will let a young handsome guy like Channing Tatum touch them (and vice versa) but Donald Trump? I cant even imagine but look at Hugh Hefner.
