So where will you draw the line on supporting Trump? Multiple choice.
What if we drew the line before he even ran for office?

Of course. We have privatized insurance now, and it's a disaster. Countries with public health insurance pay far less per person with better outcomes. Why is that a problem?

Oh hold on, so what you think is that by going to socialized medicine the costs will go down? What exactly do you base that thought upon? Has our government ever run anything efficiently?

I see, so you think that we should adopt the tax rates of the other nations in the civilized world? Hey, if socialized medicine works there, then hell let's adopt their tax structure to pay for it. Want to pay Norway's taxes?

I draw the line just a good distance from demonizing him.

Not exactly sure what the OP means.

For example, there are plenty of us who did not support Trump's nomination, but have accepted the judgement of the voters and are willing to see what he does.

I draw the line of potentially voting for him in 2020 on the basis of results: a better balance sheet and income statement for the country, more freedom, especially for business builders, more of a national consensus. I don't care what he says. But he could do things that would make me oppose him even in the face of such success metrics.

    Such as.....

Wanton misuse of national power: invade a country for its resources, assassinate a foreign or domestic person who opposes him, conduct a purge of his opponents (by killing people), you know the kinds of things that Stalin and Hitler actually did.

Sure, if we get Norway's social policies and government paid benefits. They are a much happier people than we are, just look at any metric.
