I find it odd that OP wants to take rights away from someone because he was elected to an office. In truth, it's just more Trump hatred. Anything to try and bash Trump, over and over again.

There's no question that a president can plead the Fifth, just like any other person questioned under oath. Whether that gets him impeached is up to Congress.

This is not a question subject to opinion.

The poll didn't specify whether it was a Democrat President who hates America or a different party. As we're all aware, that makes all the difference.

Your attempts at page pushing by responding to old threads won't make the daily news of Trump's absolute unfitness for office disappear.

Here's the poll question: Should a sitting President be able to plead the 5th and remain as president?

The first word is "Should" not "Can."

It obviously is an opinion question.

That was my answer,no. You can use that but he should be removed.

I know what the law says. But I do not agree and that does not just mean Trump. That extends to Clinton,or anyone else that is in office.

Why should it? Devil did not mention anything about Party. But I did in my answer.

Devil never mentioned party or anything else in his top post.

    Deflection,again.

We all know who the current President of the United States is that this is just another in a long series of threads trying to claim that Donald J Trump should resign, be impeached, shouldn't be president. We are used to it already. He's 25% of the way through his first term. When will you all accept that he is the president? He won the election.

No,as usual, you posted defensively. Much too much, not to deny you know Trump is in deep trouble.
