    I don't think of it as "Trump's word." Jobs numbers are compiled using formal, consistent procedures, according to published standards, by apolitical career bureaucrats at the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Absent some actual evidence of political interference in that process (which, I think would prompt whistle-blowers), the data should be solid.
