What nonsense is this? The Democrats are far more openly, deeply divided than the Republicans atm.

I am wondering if the Koch brothers are considering lending their support to an impeachment movement. They seem to absolutely hate Trump.

    Not sure what that's about.

    Good poll question. Interesting topic.

If the Democrats win the HoR and Mueller comes back with much of anything, i'd say the chances of impeachment will be about 50-50. Would give the Democrats the opportunity to formalize/document the laundry list of all the questionable/annoying/unconventional actions which Trump has been recorded doing since he took office. Whether any of it actually qualifies as a violation of law or not.

The chance of an associate conviction in the Senate i would place at 5% or less.
Getting 67 Senators to vote guilty is a very high bar. Would require something new and so outrageous that a large number of GOP Senators would be in fear of losing their next election if they didn't get on board.

As for Trump getting re-elected in 2020. Personally don't believe there is a chance in hell of that happening.

Trump's fate belongs in our courts like any other common criminal.
This case does not belong in the partisan congress.

it's hard to say at this point. Republican's are the key. But, they're frighten to death of Trump supporters. Trump is a master at keeping his base energized. We've got elections coming up. If the midterm results put enough fear in the Republican's maybe they'll do a "Nixon" type intervention. Only, I can't see Trump resigning. So yeah, like I say, hard to say.

You seem to have no patriotism at all. Just allegiance to Trump's cult of personality.

How the fuck did that happen?
No patriotism? Sorry, your post is a demonstration of how un-American you are. The man has been convicted of nothing. Ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? Where's the blue dress? Your Trump Derangement Syndrome is how the fuck it happened.

Read the definition and tell us how your accusations against him rise to treason, then tell us how Obama's hot mic wouldn't be treason, and Clinton's Reset button wouldn't be treason. I believe it all matters about when you can say they became our enemy. And if we still have an ambassador there and diplomatic relations, are we enemies? Iran is an enemy of the USA. We have not had an ambassador since 1979. Cuba was our enemy but President Obama set that aside when he reestablished relations in 2015. I have not seen anything severing our relations with Russia.
I dont give a flying fuck what you are talking about. This thread is about impeachment.

Okay, the question at hand is WHAT will you use to impeach the President? You know, high crimes and misdemeanors? You gave an example of espionage, not TREASON. How can we have a case of treason against a country with whom we have diplomatic relations? They are not our enemy.

The peak chance of impeaching Trump was in December.

Even then it was like a 10% chance... now its maybe 2-3% chance.
