    Morality

Is in the eye of the beholder. I have a great loathing for those who try to take over Christianity but are such hypocrites. Cult is the right word for them.

Reject the Absolute Moral Corruption of the Republican Cult

The Duggar affair has put the Republican Party’s false righteousness and moral corruption on display like nothing else in the past few decades. Every attempt to whitewash the scandal only exposes the bottomless abyss separating morality from the Religious Right and its pet politicians.

Because there is no defense of the indefensible, this should be enough, you would think, to sink their cause – their claim to a moral high ground – forever.
the lose of the moral high ground is some thing America has grown use to... America's illegal wars, world wide network of torture camps lost America the moral high ground, way back in 2002.. with the publication of photos of POW's undergoing torture in their Cuban camp, every thing America has rightfully earn of the decades after WW2 was washed away forever..

with the lose of the nation's high ground, it has not taken long for individual political parties to catch up.. the Duggar affair has brought the world into looking towards America once again with shame... it's hard for the world to look upon America and not shake it's head, how can the first nation behave so badly.

I agree that the US lost the high ground in some of the ways we have conducted the war on terror - especially with our use of torture. But I don't think the world judges the country based on the Duggars.

Problem is,it is just not the Duggers. It is the acceptance of so many hate filled people such as Ted Nugent and others who are very poor examples of what so many have become.

I just saw some pictures of our horribly wounded who will live that way the rest of their lives. I will not post them but they are on USA Today. Everyone should see them as a reminder when those Politicians start ranting about how we need to go back into the Middle East. bush and Cheney already released this horror on our young and those innocent citizens of Iraq.

If there is any Justice in this life they should pay.

The Duggars are not Republican standard-bearers.
