Grace bestows salvation to EVERYONE. That is an accomplished fact from the crucifixion. From augustine to john paul 2, this has been the assertion of the church. And in this strict sense, catholicism subscribes to predestination.

But, unlike calvinism, that DOES NOT say anything about the person, having been bestowed grace, WILLFULLY rejects it (as I have already mentioned countless times and you fail to understand countless times also).

So, how can you say god predestined something if you still have the choice to reject it, hmmmm?

Is a person who declares themselves an atheist..."willfully rejecting Grace"?

Nobody knows. To answer this question requires you to second guess god's grace.

What divine grace does, according to catholic catechism, is to transform a person such that he becomes receptive to sanctification. You've probably heard of being born again. In catholic catechism it is called metanoia, a profound change of heart.

That's the problem "nobody knows". Children didn't understand how they got presents under the Christmas tree so we created Santa.
They didn't understand the seasons so the Greeks created ceres and Persephone...etc.

Might be a good idea to move somewhere else where there isn't a famine.

    Correct.

We cannot know about god if god did not reveal himself to mankind.

Perennial philosophy, the philosophy that asserts all religions are the manifestation of the semina verbi, is very evident in st. augustine's philosophy.
