That's very good. Now, why don't you allow the baker who refused to bake the cake for homosexuals the same philosophy as you. He can choose to follow the law and still not allow it to determine his religious beliefs. Just... like... you. Problem solved.

Well, if there were abortions during biblical times, how come Jesus didn't come out against it? How come no one really came out against it from a religious perspective until the 1940's? How come the founding fathers didn't side with life starts in the womb?

I don't think this is true even as to most Catholics.
No one would be surprised to learn that the Vatican considers abortion to be an act of murder. In the words of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, "since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion. This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable."http://theweek.com/articles/575293/how-pope-francis-perpetuating-catholic-churchs-radical-antiabortion-position

The baker made the mistake of believing marriage is only between one man and one woman. For that he will pay $135K

Because we are all funding it against our will.

At the time, they believed life began when the mother first felt the fetus move, the "quickening".
