Jesus is the guy who said that when a child is starving we are to give it food. Even if we don't feel like the brat deserved it, or we feel like his Dad wouldn't help me if I was starving, or if his dad once DIDNT feed me when I was starving, or if his mum was slutty, or any number of other things that might stop me from sharing food.

Jesus told us the answer for "what's in it for me" and "why should I"

Because it nurtures your own soul, and it is why God put us here.
Remind me to tell those babies and mothers who are suffering from famine in Africa because there is no rain, to tell them the little "brat" deserved it. If you were dying of starvation and I have the ability to give you food, And I chose not to when you think I was a cruel sadist? Or do you just believe that God has been very little power and it's all in your mind

Don't blame Jesus for YOUR choice.
What an egomaniac Jesus is. "Sorry you didn't believe in me so I'm going to make you burn in hell. If you don't worship me you suffer. So what if you have been a good person, you didn't adore me so burn in hell" what a guy you were ship

Your analogy is so disgusting I can't believe you actually wrote that. And you call yourself a Christian? You make a mockery out of it
okay I will remind you, There are starving women and children in Africa, What have you done to help end the starvation?

Did you not read what God said.

    Go....
I tried to make it rain. I did my rain dance but it didn't work. But God has the power but chooses not to do it. God is either a fraud or a sadist but he certainly isn't omnipotent

Yes.... you mocked God... so why would he reward your mockery.

No it appears you are too busy dancing for rain, to help the starving children you want to blame God for... God Gave you money, Send food, God Gave you legs, Take Food, God Gave you abilities, go and Teach people to Grow their own food..

It appears you are the sadist, you blame others for stuffering you allow to continue.

I am not surprised that you do not know what morals are given your God.

I don't have a moral point of view to the world ]
Again, not surprising that you do not follow scriptures.

1 Thessalonians 5:21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.

God doesn't make it rain. The water cycle makes it rain, mostly randomly even though we can predict which parts of the globe are most likely to get more rain than others.

God doesn't feed the poor and hungry. That's our job. If children are starving, we humans aren't doing our job very well.

I said what I was, and did not mention anything on being Satanists. Thanks for the red herring.

    All biblical characters are fantasy.

Is this Bishop a Satanist to you? Is he lying?

Don't blame Jesus for YOUR choice.
Those who ignore questions and just babble their usual garbage are seen by the lurkers as losing the discussion at hand.

Christians are always trying to absolve God of moral culpability in the fall by whipping out their favorite "free will!", or ď itís all manís faultĒ.

That is "God gave us free will and it was our free willed choices that caused our fall. Hence God is not blameworthy."

But this simply avoids God's culpability as the author of Human Nature. Free will is only the ability to choose. It is not an explanation why anyone would want to choose "A" or "B" (bad or good action). An explanation for why Eve would even have the nature of "being vulnerable to being easily swayed by a serpent" and "desiring to eat a forbidden fruit" must lie in the nature God gave Eve in the first place. Hence God is culpable for deliberately making humans with a nature-inclined-to-fall, and "free will" means nothing as a response to this problem.

If all sin by nature then, the sin nature is dominant. If not, we would have at least some who would not sin. That being the case, for God to punish us for following the instincts and natures he put in us would be quite wrong.

    DL

While you sit there and do not do what you recommend others do.

Some would see that as quite hypocritical.
