I see it this way. I don't know how anybody can be a capitalist and a Christian.

I am a Christian and I am not a Republican.

Contrary to some reports, I am not a mythical creature relegated to story books and fanciful campfire tales. I do exist. I am not a leprechaun or a unicorn, I am flawed, failing flesh and blood working out a working religion here alongside you with fear and great trembling. I am a person of deep and abiding faith—and I do not vote Red.

Many Christians are liberal because of their faith.

Problem he is showing he does not follow the Bible so he is not really a Christian. Christians do not suppose gays they want gays to repent of that sin. Christians do not support a mother killing her chile. Capital punishment is in the Bible. If you vote democrat you vote against Christianity. In my opinion you can't be Christian and democrat

Can we use the the current Pope as example number one of a liberal Christian? How about Mother Teresa, another liberal Christian? How about that entire bus load of "Nuns on a Bus", all liberals. Should we continue....?
